Abstract:
Nowadays, the professionals who work in the system of Mobile Emergency Care are subject to high stress situations, something that has become common, because this is an activity that is carried out by many times, in environments that are unhealthy and with few working conditions, associated with the internal suffering of these professionals, requiring the capacity to act sobtensão with patient ranging from French critics even stable. Methodology: This is an integrative literature review, from the Virtual Health Library (VHL) filter in databases Latin American, Caribbean Sciences health (LILACS), Database of Nursing (BDENF) and the Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online MEDLINE as well as independently in the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO). The keywords "working conditions, stress, SAMU" combined among themselves through the Boolean operator to expand the search possibilities were used. Data analysis: Once the selection of studies, thirteen
(13) articles were selected and included to work. The studies reviewed in the databases were characterized as the author, year, journal, databases or electronic library and the type of study. After reading in full were also extracted themes concerning the relation between working conditions, stress and SAMU. Final Considerations: The study shows that there is a limited supply of bibliographic material about the working conditions and stress on the services of mobile emergency care, In this way, it is recommended that further studies be conducted between the teams of this type of ramp-b may facilitate the understanding of the relationship between this triad, as well as the construction of strategies for its management.
