Resumo:
This work has had as its aim to carry on an analyses on several problems and challenges about
to be faced by researches in several acting areas, such as hardware, software, or even for
battery charge capacity level of handling computers (palmtops), concerning to their mobility,
making the great deal of equipments to be used in mobile nets. The many problems and some
of the solutions in the several levels, whether it is in the net matter, transportation or the
application, were all checked, thought transportation was used for this dissertation, by
proposing alterations in the propose firstly done by [Bak94] named as indirect TCP, aiming to
make possible the management of disconnections planned by users wishing to get out of the
net volunteerly and start working locally without needing to lose a total connection with the
net. This is necessary due to the possibility that a great deal of mobile users with their laptops,
which represents about 70% of the total, will work in a partial connected way, which is
known as an intermediate state between connected and totally disconnected ones.
