The objective of this research is to Analyze the fulfillment of the health needs, from the perspective of the Users of the Better at Home Program. A review of the literature of this research was divided in two chapters with the following contents: repercussions of the masculine gender in the health care; E Emergence of Home Care and its implications in the health services scenario. A research for observation and descriptive, with qualitative design. It was done with men registered in the Better at Home Program, in the Municipality of Cuité - Paraíba. For data collection performance, use the interview guided by a semistructured road map with a direct approach to the participants. An analysis of the data was through a Thematic Category Content Analysis, proposed by Bardin. As a research involving human beings, the research was submitted to the Ethics Committee of the University Hospital Alcides Carneiro, as established in Resolution 466/12 of the National Health Council and Approved Probate No. 1.919.636. As results, five thematic categories emerged, being: Allusion of the profile of men assisted at home; Knowledge of men about the health problem that conditioned them at home; The male perception of health needs presented at home; As home care facilities: the perception of the men assisted; The understanding of the problems about the difficulties of the Home Care Service. Also identified in the fifth category are two subcategories: Delay in service and Satisfaction in service. Given the data analyzed, it is evident the great acceptance and satisfaction with the home care by the users, while at the same time that despite recognizing as facilities offered by the home care, it is noticed the lack of knowledge of the interviewees as to their own needs at home . It is important to point out that there is a need for new studies to broaden the discussion about the subject
