Abstract:
Job satisfaction is seen as an important issue in the functioning of organizations, in which they seek to effect growth through their employees. From that point of view, this work seeks to identify the strategic and administrative procedure of the outsourced service for the growth of the Sustainable Semiarid Development Center (CDSA/UFCG), Campus located in Sumé– PB. This work highlights the importance of outsourcing in the Public Sector, seeking to understand how outsourced employees are satisfied with the services provided in the institution. Thus, this study has as general objective to evaluate the degree of satisfaction of outsourced employees compared to services provided at CDSA/UFCG, in the year 2019.Methodologically the research is descriptive, through a case study, qualitative and descriptive approach, with bibliography and application of questionnaires. The results revealed that, faced with the actions of the Campus City Hall, outsourced workers need improvements in job satisfaction, as well as training in the task performed. It can be concluded that the outsourced service in the CDSA/UFCG is in a construction process, seeking to effect the valorization of the employee and the demands that provide the operation of the services.
