Resumo:
The objective of this work is to evaluate the phases of formulation and implementation of the actions developed by the central commercialization of family agriculture and the solidarity economy of the Western Cariri of Paraíba (ECOSOL - SUMÉ), seeking to assess their objectives, results and economic and social impacts with the ESS services, based on concepts of efficiency, effectiveness and effectiveness. The specific objectives are: To specify the objectives of the governmental action and to compare them with the achieved results; Mapping the profile of solidarity economy ventures benefiting from the incentive policy, identifying factors such as: location in the state, number of members, activities developed, form of organization, etc.; To point out areas in which improvements, and/or changes appropriate to the reality of HEEs are possible; and suggest improvements for the development of these enterprises. The central commercialization of family farming and the solidarity economy of western Paraíba (ECOSOL - Sumé) is a public policy aimed at supporting social enterprises in solidarity, where we can conclude in the course of this work that this contributed to the development and professionalization of its members, offering above all the physical space, making ESS even more productive, creating an environment that allows, in addition to producing, improve their living conditions from their own work, their own income. As a result of this research, Ecosol-Sumé will soon be consolidated as a successful public policy, which will permeate for decades, and that in the future will encompass even more ventures from the region of western Cariri Paraiba.
