Resumo:
Talking about innovation as a development tool for solidarity enterprises in the Paraiba semi-arid region is a prime point in this paper. In this perspective, the general objective is to analyze the daily life of the Ouro Velho Fishermen's Association - PB, identifying and listing the characteristics that define the way of work experienced by the associates and / or cooperatives and the ways in which the ways in which the business is governed. and worked. The specific objectives are: to explain associativism as a motor for participatory inclusion; propose innovations that can further develop the mode of production, such as what the researched association uses today; propose means by which they
can better articulate working modes and having a higher income because of it. Therefore, in specific innovation proposals, it is proposed to work the use of social technologies as an instrument of sustainable development; the culture of aquaponics and associative productions; and Youth and Adult Education in a social, economic and cultural context. It has a descriptive exploratory methodology, of qualitative nature, and using the case study, with notes in the researcher's field diary. In general, associated producers will be better able to work on their production without having to invest in needless artifacts, occupy all hectares of their land or abandon their homes in search of other opportunities. Acting in a sustainable way, striving for actions that better guide their work and physical, technical and financial incentives from the federal government, the producer will have greater chances to make his plantation, for example, a highly profitable business.
