The conflicts in the health institutions have been gaining notoriety in scientific research, since the destructive behavior within the organizations ends up triggering the commitment of the performance of the professionals involved and the attention directed to the users of the services, as is the case of the subjects attended by the Basic Attention. The study aimed to investigate the destructive behavior experienced by the nurse in the Primary Care setting. This is a descriptive study, with a qualitative approach, carried out with 14 nurses who work in the Family Health Units in the town of Cajazeiras-PB. The procedure used for the data collection was the semistructured interview, where the information collected in the form of data was structured through the Discourse Analysis technique, which allows the genesis of an understandable language, bringing man and reality closer together, allowing no Only the analysis of the corpus of the text, as well as the senses produced by it. Through the discourse analysis, we used devices that allowed us to contemplate how the destructive behavior experienced by the nurse in the Basic Attention area is view. The project was accepted by the Research Ethics Committe of the Federal University of Campina Grande, with the issuance of an opinion of nº. 1.823.398. The data were analyzed qualitatively, obeying the ethical and legal precepts proposed in Resolution 466/2012 of the National Health Council. The results made from the analysis of the speeches allowed to emphasize the following situations: The cry that marks position and weakens the interprofessional relations is seen by the view of the nurse as a situation generating discomfort and anguish, which in turn, directly influences his posture And attention to the social actor. With regard to multidisciplinarity in Primary Care as the link that rehabilitates, prevents and promotes health, it is understood that in order for work processes to reach their quality, it is imperative that all professionals seek improvements within the service, minimizing destructive behavior to That nurses and other workers can give greater care to their patients, and on the destructive behavior: from the negative impact to the professional to the gaps perceived in the service, it is noted that this condition negatively impacts the life of the nursing professional, and according to their reports, causes illness, negatively impacting the life of the professional and, Thus affecting the dynamics of the service that suffers from the fragilities arising from conflicting situations. Finally, it is noted that despite nurses living with so many animosities and stressful situations, they manage to maintain their leadership position in front of their multidisciplinary team, seeking to provide integral and equitable attention to the users of Primary Care.
