Resumen:
The entrepreneurial profile is characterized by having attributes such as self be effective, have the ability to take calculated risks, be planner, detect new opportunities, be persistent, sociable, innovative and possess leadership. Certain profiles entrepreneurs are harmful to the health-disease process, considering the social entrepreneurship, as well as economic. Objectives: This study aimed to make an integrative review of convergent national and international literature with the entrepreneurial profile religious leaders, health professionals and community across the health-disease process. This is an integrative literature review, from the virtual libraries of Higher Education Personnel Improvement Coordination CAPES and the Virtual Health Library (VHL) filter in databases Latin American, Caribbean Sciences health (LILACS), Database of Nursing (BDENF) and the Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online MEDLINE as well as independently in the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO). The keywords "health personnel, religion, community-instituticional relations" combined with the descriptor "entrepreneurship" through the Boolean operator to expand the search possibilities were used. Once the selection of studies, thirteen (13) articles were selected and included to work. Results and discussion: The studies reviewed in the databases were characterized as the author, year, journal, databases or electronic library and the type of study. After reading in full were also extracted themes about the entrepreneurial profile of religious leaders and health institutions and also on the entrepreneurial profile of health professionals. Studies show that the entrepreneur of the study population profile tends to be harmful when prioritizes profit-making background in the care of health and tends to be beneficial when taking into account the improvement in quality of life. Final Thoughts: Thus, it is recommended to carry out new studies dealing on the involvement of religious leaders, health professionals and community about the performance potential and social entrepreneurship in the health-disease that contributes to increase knowledge, make them interdisciplinary and research can highlight the two main types of entrepreneurship, and the involvement that the agents of this study present.
