Résumé:
The use of didactic resources becomes essential to enhance the teaching-learning process in the classroom, and also to have a transition between traditional teaching and more critical teaching with the participation of students, specifically in teaching Geography. In this way, this paper presents the results of the research entitled "The Cordel as a Didactic Resource in Teaching Geography: The Report of Production and Experimentation in the School Context of Field Education through Mediation", whose objective was to produce and experiment in classroom a Cordel, verifying how this didactic resource potentiates the teaching-learning process in Geography classes through mediation at the Ildefonso Anselmo da Silva School, located in the Municipality of Amparo-PB. In this research we used the qualitative research assumption, through Research-Action. The collected data were analyzed in a descriptive and interpretative way since it is characterized by the observation and correlation of facts, trying to describe the characteristics or relationships existing in the actions performed in the room through the Action Research, as well as presenting through photos demonstrating the steps of the pedagogical intervention in several moments and tables as the answers of the questionnaires, applied during the research. We verified that the research carried out was relevant to enhance the students' learning in relation to the teaching of Geography, since they acquired through Cordel in relation to the classroom a better understanding on the theme "Social Technologies", beginning to express through production of drawings, debates, verses and stanzas in the different moments of the Cordel production, the knowledge of the subject matter worked out. In light of this, we have identified that the cord can be considered as a great potential in teaching-learning in geography classes in Campo schools.
