Resumo:
This study investigates the process of the work the managerial dimension of nurses in the
Family Health Strategy. The objective was to investigate the nurses working process in the
context of Basic Attention with emphasis on management actions. It is a descriptive research
with a qualitative approach, carried out with 15 nurses of Basic Attention in the city of
Cajazeiras-PB. The data collection took place between the months of july and august 2016,
through the realization of semi-structured interview, after the approval of Ethics Committee
and Research. For data analysis we chose to Collective Subject Discourse (DSC) proposed by
Lefèvre e Lefèvre, obtaining three thematic and nine Collective Subject Discourse . All stages
of the research have faithfully followed the Resolution 466/2012 of National Health Council.
The results appointed that among the nurses there were more women, in the age range of 27-
37, in relation to the operation time in the Basic Attention the average was five years, and the
majority have postgraduate courses related to the scenario that working, the collective health.
In respect of the nurse’s actions and perceptions about the process of management in the
Basic Attention, have been identified actions influenced by the traditional model of health
assistance. The nurses reported the importance of articulation between the specific
knowledge of the care and the management in the Family Health Strategy. Among the
principals practices of management mentioned by the nurses was the articulation between the
knowing-doing dimension of caring with the knowing-doing dimension of management, the
supervision of the Basic Attention and the organization of the schedule service. Have also
been identified the main factors that hinder the execution of this actions, for example the
excessive bureaucracy, the interpersonal conflicts and the material resources deficiency. This
results showed that the nurse perform in their day to day the manage of care, this is, the
dialectic relation between the knowing-doing management and knowing-doing of caring,
continuing the programmatic actions according to the local demand, since there is an interface
between these two objects in the execution of the health professional practices. Lastly, it is
believed that when revealing the difficulties and facilities that permeate the management
evident in this study, can be awakening the interest of the nurses about knowledge of reality
of the work process of the nurse in the Basic Attention, being helpful for the enhancement an
conduction that actions in this area of action.
