Resumen:
On the global stage, it is clear that every day has been expanding the spaces of
professional educator performance. This professional before acted only in school
shall be required beyond the school environment and the call formal education. This
new reality inherent in the working world requires an increasingly skilled professional,
so-called multi-purpose Professional, or a professional who can work in various
functions. Thus, companies are seeking business educator, as an alternative to meet
their demands. This study aimed to investigate the Business Education with
reference to the work that the Educator develops SENAT in the transport sector in
Fortaleza - CE. The methodology used was a literature search. It was based on a
number of authors who address the topic investigated, such as: Cadinha (2011),
Ribeiro (2010), Almeida (2006), Holtz (2006), Libâneo (1999) and Brandão (1981). In
addition to the literature, it was also conducted a field survey. It was conclude that
Business Pedagogy is a new reality in contemporary times. The role of the educator
in the company is especially true in the Human Resources department (HR). The
activities are related to training, planning, management, control and evaluation of
learning. Research has shown that in the transport sector the role of the educator
gives up in order to perform work bureaucratic, administrative, training, qualification.
In SENAT the educators act with the intention that transport workers to acquire new
professional skills improvement and professional qualifications to join and stay in the
job market.
