Résumé:
The Prehospital Care is the care provided to patients with clinical, traumatic or acute
psychiatric nature pictures. This type of care can range from a simple clarification medical
advice by phone or by sending a basic or advanced ambulance to the scene support. This
study aimed to analyze the challenges experienced by nursing staff in Service Mobile
Emergency. This is an exploratory, descriptive field study with a qualitative approach. The
research subjects were 05 nurses and 03 technicians, components of the nursing team,
working in (SAMU) of the municipality of Cajazeiras, Paraíba, Brazil. The data collection
instrument used was a semi-structured interview, conducted in August 2014 The research
conformed to Resolution 466/12 of the National Health Council.'s Responses were grouped
according to the technique of content analysis and emerged in six categories that are described
in the body of the work, the results showed that service professionals recognize the major
risks in the APH. Characterized the service as more stressful indicated by the professionals
was identified. The provision of materials for the service and the feelings developed for
professionals working in service related results were found. It was concluded that nursing
experiences, different feelings and emotions that permeate the APH situations experienced
during service. It is worth noting the importance of vocational training, since even the service
have sufficient material resources, the manpower not know how to use them assistance will be
completely compromised. It is also noticeable the need for psychological support of this
professional class, because even though they are ready to meet, have human feelings that are
not understood and worked will prompt professionals to cease their activities for emotional
unpreparedness.
