Resumen:
The nurse has a highlight role in the ambit of Basic Attention, especially in what refers about the development of promotion activities of health population. The teenagers on the other hand have characteristics that make them unique beings, special and at the same time, complex beings, that need of educational activities compatible with their needs. Facing these aspects the nurse turns out not understand correctly this stage of life and have difficulties to elaborate a care plan that visualize this period in a way biopsychosocial, integral and based on a clinical magnified in relation to the development of educational practices, that despite the changes in the daily scenario of practices of this professional in the Family Health Strategy, even so their actions are loaded with practices based on the traditional model. This study aimed to analyze the nurse’s speech about the educational practices focused for teenagers in the Basic Attention panorama. This is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The research was
conducted with 17 nurses of Basic Attention the municipality of Cajazeiras, in the state of Paraíba. It was used a semistructured interview as a data collection technique. The informations of this study were analyzed using the Discourse Analysis by his subjective aspect of not work with the text content, but with the meaning produced by that. Facing these performed considerations, the Discourse Analysis offers the necessary accouterments to attend the objectives of this investigation, allowing to understand in a deeper way the discourse of professionals about the practices and their possible problems in respect of the guiding question of this investigation, in what other methodological resources would not be enough. It became clear that the nurse visualize the teenage years as a phase physical, psychological and hormonal changes, however without a proper differentiation between the adolescence and being a teenager, the individual who is experiencing this transition period, by assigning the same definition. In relation to the health educational, this professional sees as an information transmission. It is worth mentioning that, when asked to the professional about what and where carries out his activities, he demonstrated use a traditional educational process, verticalized and in most cases only developed in the school environment, moving away the young people of the unity and the creation of the unity of conception as health promotion environment. Lastly, were several difficulties pointed out, while the facilities were limited. Apprehends in this research that have restriction of liberty, since the teenager as being free, to be built, he faces the narrow vision of troubled period, sexually vulnerable, needing information, which are deposited with no use of interacionists technologies. In front of such prospects it is necessary to happen new studies that points the correct direction in the performance of educational practices and the adolescent viewing by these professionals, so that, both of them enjoy the full health and the feeling of duty fulfilled, respectively.
