In the 8th grade from elementary school, the Science teaching is approached in a traditional way in most schools. However, over the years this reality is trying to be changed in an attempt to incorporate new learning methods. Since the perception and learning of each student is different, because there are different aptitudes and difficulties in many of them. Therefore, new ways of learning methods are necessary, such as the playful. This work was developed over five years in each school, a public and a private, both located in the city of Cuité-PB, with the aim to develop teaching strategies based on playfulness to encourage science students from the 8th grade, distending their perception about the contents in relation to the organization levels of body and the cytology. This search is quantitative-qualitative with data obtained from a questionnaire applied to students before and after the learning strategies, also their evaluation based on the Likert type degree of satisfaction for each class, besides the evaluation of Science teachers. It searched to respect the necessity from the schools, both the lack of structure and the difficulty of learning that many students have, being noticeable that it happens more often in the public school. The results shows that activities applied as alternative of learning were satisfactory, both post-strategies student evaluations as those of science teachers.
