Abstract:
This study had the most to analyze how does the training of teachers working in elementary school 1st cycle linked to the municipal networks of Barra de Santa Rosa and Cuité, Paraíba, in order to identify their contribution to the teaching practice. The approach method was a quantitative and qualitative research conducted by applying structured questionnaires municipal secretaries of both municipalities education and questionnaire involving 27 teachers from four local schools. The results indicate that in the majority of teachers (56%) are looking specializes, conducting studies in graduate level. Regarding the form of update of its educational practice, the vast majority in both Cuité (55%) and in Barra de Santa Rosa (64%) said that it is through participation in teacher training courses offered by the municipality, or through the use articles stand. So we can conclude that this work could examine the continuing education of the proposed contribution of the schools analyzed in the professional development of its teachers, assisting the development of understanding necessary for effective pedagogical practice.
