Resumo:
It is a study of integrative review on the managerial nursing work in primary care Health (ABS). This study aimed to identify what has been published about the difficulties and potentialities in the managerial work of the nurse in Primary Health Care in the period 2005 to 2015. The searches were conducted in the Virtual Health Library, specifically the databases Literature Latin American and Caribbean health Sciences (LILACS) and the Nursing Database (BDENF), using the descriptors selected health. After applied the criteria for inclusion and exclusion were selected and analyzed thirty publications. Faced with the magnitude of the managerial work of the nurse in ABS, studies have shown that nurses perform both management activities as the health care, but it is worth noting that some studies have shown that the managerial nature are more performed. From this perspective, in some nurses studies highlighted as a problem for not be able to reconcile these two functions, thus hindering the implementation of its work. Already as improvers points in implementing its managerial work, nurses highlighted the planning, organization, leadership and teamwork. From this perspective it is essential that new studies be conducted on this theme in order to keep the professionals aware of how this walking managerial nursing work in ABS in Brazil.
