Abstract:
The present work is inserted in the study of the public policies directed to attend the indivial Micro Entrepreneur, based on supplementary law N° 128/2008. According to the Entrepreneur Portal, a microentrepreneur is one who has an annual income of R $ 81,000, does not have a partnership, as well as other requirements .The revision of the literature is an important factor to facilitate the understanding of the field of study, besides providing a theoretical basis of subjects that are linked to entrepreneurship and its context in 1980, the impacts of public policies directed to microentrepreneuship among others. Before the exposed research problem to what extent have the public policies aimed at the formalization of the individual microentrepreneur in the municipality of Olho D'Água/PB? The objective of research is to to analyze the public policies of formalization of the Individual Microentrepreneur in the municipality of Olho D'Água/PB, based on the requirements of Complementary Law No. 128/2008. Was used the methodology of qualitative, developed in a case study, through an interview conducted between July 28 and 29, 2019, with 40 microentrepreneurs from the municipality of Olho D'Água/PB. The mechanisms such as variables to analyze the profile of microentrepreneurs, in this sense this work offers apparatus for the development of new researches for the field of public policies of microentrepreneurs. It can be said that public policies of formalization contribute to the entry of new microentrepreneurs into the labor market.
