Resumo:
This work we have as objective to present an application of the Ordinary Differential
Equations to the Law of the Newton cooling, which ensures that the rate of the temperature
of the body variation is proportional to the temperatures difference between the body
and environment. Hence, we present a review of some concepts of differential and integral
calculus necessary for the understanding of the results presented in this work. Moreover,
we will make an introduction to the study of Ordinary Differential Equations that are used
in the mode ling of many real problems thus becoming an important instrument that has
wide application in various fields of knowledge. Ultimately, we discuss the applicability of
Ordinary Differential Equation in the cooling process of the body, using for this the Law
of Newton Cooling, whose mathematical model is an equation differential ordinary of the
first order that after solved allows determine the approximate temperature of a body at
any time.
