Résumé:
The environmental issue has never been on the agenda in academic discussions,
raising concern about its preservation for present and future generations. In this
respect, it is reported the increased legal interference in the relationship of humanity
with nature, emerging tools and alternatives that fit the guidelines on this and /
fundamental right, which is the environment. Thus, it has been increasíng the factors
of sustainable development, specifically with the creation of businesses and green
jobs. Regarding the latter, converging economic, social and legal aspects, tangentially
the theme of environmental sustainability and labor relations in the development of
humanity in its multiple facets. It comes, then, the possibility of protecting the
environment in the face of the generation of large-scale jobs in the context of
sustainable development. Thus, the work has the main objective to evaluate whether
Microentrepreneurs IndividuaPs Retail Clothing Items and Accessories City Sousa-PB
can be defining as green jobs, in the face of their reality / potential environmental
sustainability, Therefore, we use the deductive method of approach, where it anaiyzes
the cases of green jobs and, with management of indirect documentation procedure
with analysis of information in documents and bibliography. In convergence, harnessed
to the method of case study procedure through the data collection survey from a
semistructured interview and the reality of individual microentrepreneurs on a daily
basis, with respect to the environment. Our results show that MEI's of Retail Clothing
Items and Accessories City Sousa-PB should be considered green jobs, and they still
have potential to be polished with respect to these issues.
