Resumo:
This work has the objective to develop and to evaluate the pressure and flow
meter sensors of the low cost for desalination system by inverse osmosis. Through a
pressure hydraulic system were studied the following parameters: temperature control,
relation ship of the diameter of the extensometer and his protecting plate, fixation of the
extensometer and obtaining of the best function answer. The flow meter sensors were
evaluate in a system of pilot desalination as a function of the applied pressures. For both
cases, the signs of the sensor of pressure and flow meter they were compared with
obtained data of analogical instruments during the process. The average error of the
flow meter sensor was of 1,27% in relation to the results obtained with the one of the
same of the same type, though commercial. For the pressure sensor the error was 0,30%
and 0,51% to the films of 1 mm and 3 mm respectively.
