Resumen:
Objective: to analyze nursing care management practices related to the use of technologies and innovations in primary health care services. Method: This is an exploratory and descriptive study, with a quantitative design. The population investigated in this research involves all the nurses who work in PHC allocated in the State of Paraíba / PB. The sample consisted of 42 nurses who met the criteria of the research. The data obtained was compiled into a Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheet and analyzed in the SPSS statistical package - version 20.0. The analysis of the collected material occurred through the descriptive statistics in measures of central tendency, variability and absolute and relative frequency. The research was approved by the UFCG CEP under CAAE n ° 03565518.5.0000.5182 and opinion number 3.155.467. Results: Professionals make use of 57.1% technologies, such as the internet, for example. Regarding technological innovations, 81.0% of respondents reported not being used to the detriment of lack of access (21.4%). Conclusion: It was revealed, through the results of this study, that professionals use technologies through electronic systems in their work practice, however do not use the technological innovations due to lack of access and limitations in the knowledge of these new practices implemented in the PHC.
