Résumé:
Introduction: The labor camp in Prehospital Care (APH) has grown and, with him, the
problems involving health professionals who play the rescuer activity. The work in
emergency situations, especially in mobile units, has particularities due to the characteristics
of this work environment, so that these professionals are constantly exposed to peculiar
situations of risk activity that play. Within this context, the driver is a professional who is
exposed to various stimuli during the course of their activities and also experiencing pressure
situations. As rescuer driver, the complexity of the activity increases, and with it the need for
focused attention to this professional. Objective: This study aims to identify the occupational
risks related to the activity of rescue workers drivers in emergency mobile service.
Methodology: This is a descriptive study, the integrative review type with data collection
performed from secondary sources, through literature. The final sample of this review
consisted of six scientific articles and a doctoral thesis, found in SCIELLO databases, VHL
and the Library of the University of São Paulo (USP). Before the material studied were
identified five thematic categories used to analyze and expand the discussions in order to meet
the proposed objectives. They are: Professional Profile of Rescuer conductors; Conditions and
work organization; Occupational risks among Rescuers conductors; Use of PPE and stressful
sources. Results: From the analysis of these studies, it can be seen that the occupational
hazards common to the category are caused by the following factors: traffic accidents due to
poor maintenance of roads and vehicles; contamination due to contact with the rescued
patients; repetitive physical efforts during the lifting stretchers and manual transport weight;
Occupational stress of labor violence; threats of the population; sleep disorders and execution
of work activities that go beyond their duties as well as the realization of these at times for
leisure / rest for supplementary income. Conclusion: The results from the research
highlighted the importance of implementing educational and preventive measures in the daily
lives of rescuers drivers seeking the reduction of occupational accidents.
