Resumo:
In this research project was conceived a system of estimation of location, where it can be viewed in a simple way, the current position of node screened for applications static. To conceive the system, was used a sensor wireless network based on IEEE 802.15.4 standard, which provides us a monitoring of the received signal strength by a given node in the network. This information is used as an entry in a model which implies the distance between the nodes, which in turn is applied to an algorithm for location estimation based on trilateration. The system is effective and consistent with applications of low area of
coverage, compared with global positioning systems.
