Nursing. When observing the management in the CC of the referred hospital, we noticed
some difficulties that the nursing staff faces such as:
communication between the sectors responsible for technical support, difficulty in
equipment maintenance and conflicts with the medical staff. Therefore, as a result of the
work developed by management, the nursing team is composed of large
because what competes with it is developed with praise, such as the promotion of
humanized care and holistic view of the patient. It is concluded that even
facing difficulties that are mostly of an administrative nature, the management of
CC nursing has competence and ability to solve problems that arise
