Résumé:
It is a bibliographical research whose objective was to promote an approach on the
Brazilian economic sectors in the face of the globalization process. The technological
advance registered in the second half of the last century had implications for the
economic world, causing capitalism from the 1980s to see an unprecedented process
of acceleration that resulted in the breaking down of barriers and the opening of new
economic, Defining a new trend in the world today. This unprecedented acceleration
process has come to be defined as globalization. It should be noted that the
globalization of the economy has made financial markets faster, so that the results of
the impacts produced by this process on the economy of a country (or blocks of
countries) can be felt in a few days, causing losses or gains, Depending on the world
economic scenario. With the accomplishment of the present research it was verified
in Brazil the effects of globalization were stronger on the agricultural sector.
However, it does not mean that this process has not also had implications for other
sectors of the Brazilian economy. The fall in customs barriers has greatly contributed
to modify the aspects that until then had been presented by the national productive
sectors, showing to them that they need to be more competitive, in front of the
demands of the world market.
