The Nursing Process is considered a methodological tool to organize and systematize nursing care is divided into five steps, which are: data collection, nursing diagnosis, care planning, nursing intervention and evaluation of care. In the present study we highlight the nursing interventions, which are actions necessary to achieve the goals that are set at the time of preparation of the care plan, these were prepared based on the International Classification for Nursing Practice. Objectives: Rearrange the nomenclature of nursing diagnoses for hospitalized patients in a nursing infectious diseases; Update the nomenclature of nursing diagnoses developed by Souza Neto (2014), the ICNP® Version 2.0 to Version 2013; Develop nursing interventions for patients from an infectious disease clinic, founded in 2013 ICNP® version and undertake analysis of content of interventions designed with nursing professionals who engage in clinical infectious diseases. Methodology: This is a survey of exploratory and descriptive, with quantitative approach. The same was developed in the Clinic of Infectious Diseases, University Hospital Alcides Carneiro- HUAC, with nurses who had experience in clinical said. The research was divided into four stages, namely: reorganization of naming diagnostics developed by Souza Neto (2014), update the same, the ICNP® version 2.0 to version 2013, development of nursing interventions for hospitalized patients in a clinic infectious diseases, based on ICNP® 2013 version and content analysis of the interventions designed to experts. Results: We developed 146 nursing interventions to the psychobiological and psychosocial needs, after analysis to experts, 91 interventions had Concordance Index of 80%. It is noteworthy that the interventions were prepared in accordance with the Basic Human Needs of Horta, considering that when they were prepared in accordance with the diagnosis, there was high repetition rate which would leave unfeasible questionnaire for research and for daily work with it. Final Thoughts: In this light, we see the importance in the development of this research, because it subsidizes studies of theoretical and assistance foundation for that clinic and its professionals. However as we find it difficult to develop this research the small number of nursing professionals that develops actions in the clinic for infectious diseases and how gap, the repetition of some interventions in some subcategories of basic human needs.
