Simulações hidrológicas na bacia do rio Gramame como subsídio ao processo de outorga.

Abstract

The granting of water use rights and the water resources regulatory instrument according to Federal Law No. 9,433 / 97, To effectively grant the granting processes, several studies must be considered: the characterization of the watershed, identifying the main users and your current and future demands; The basin discretization at calculation points; the assessment of water availability and simulations of the basin water system considering various scenarios. This paper seeks to provide the necessary information for the granting process, in the Gramame River basin, located in the State of Paraíba, performing the studies mentioned above. For this, several hydrological models were described and applied, and their results analyzed. Prospective scenarios were simulated, allowing us to infer that a review of the granting criteria adopted by State Decree No. 19.260 / 97 is required.
