Results and Discussion: The studies point to the importance of the interaction between health and education, highlighting the work of nurses in the scenario of day care centers. Some studies show that parents find it difficult to lead children to the health services for child care consultation, and having the nurse in the nursery this monitoring would not be interrupted. Other studies have found that educators and families carry with doubts and taboos regarding the care of children's health. In addition, many teachers do not have specific training in health to exercise promotion and disease prevention in the institutions. Conclusion: It can be seen that health institutions need to provide training for educators of day care centers, as well as insert this environment, offering children better care and quality of life. Faced with that evidence, it points up the need for more research on this subject. Thus, it is believed that this study will contribute to the prevention and promotion to children's health in the nursing education institutions in order to strengthen the partnership between health and education professionals.
