Resumen:
A multi-processor system has two or more microcomputers that share common HARDWARE and SOFTWARE features (memory, data input and output devices, etc.). This paper presents a study of some microcomputer access control techniques for shared resources. A synchronizer microcomputer is developed to control access to shared resources in a multi-processor system that has up to 8 (the next) MOTOROLA M6800-based microcomputers, and allows interaction with the operator. A small operating system is implemented to allow real time operation.
