Resumo:
This work is the result of some reflections on the theme of sexuality approach, taking
into account its impact on the elementary education I .Consisted analyze the
pedagogical activity against the theme sexuality in the early years of elementary
school 1st cycle. Thus, we seek to map out the difficulties encountered by educators
to develop dialogue and answer questions from children about sexuality, discuss the
continuing education for educators in confronting working on sexuality in school and
identify the design of teaching on sexuality. This study's methodology field research
with approach qualitative carried out in two schools with a communal network and
one of the state of education in the city of Cajazeiras - PB. The instrument used for
data collection was a questionnaire consisting of seven open questions involving the
theme sexuality. The questionnaire was distributed and applied to eight teachers who
teach classes for the initial years of elementary school. From the date obtained, it
was possible to interpret the construction of tables and descriptive analysis. In
general, we can still conclude, the lack of theoretical study before the teachers
working with this topic for a coherent education to form citizens who can think and
make decisions respecting yourself and others before his sexuality. The date show
that teachers are not able to discuss in the classroom in relation to sexuality.Of that
way, investing in continuing education to ensure or allow the preparation of teachers
to know how to deal with the findings and difficulties of his students. So teachers
become better prepared to position themselves within the classroom, facing
consciously transformations that each child spends.
