Resumen:
The study Theme: Dance like learning teaching resource. Thus contributing to
learning, creativity, and integration of the students about the contents studied in
school. The research aimed to investigate dance as a teaching and learning
resource. And the following objectives: Identify the dance as a methodological
tool used by the teacher in the school; Analyze the use of dance as socializing
learning; Investigate what knowledge have educators on the use of dance in the
teaching-learning process; Identify activities that involve dance and the
adequacy of these activities to the educational process. We highlight the type
and nature of the research as a qualitative analysis. The research was
conducted with six three teachers working in early childhood education and
three in the early years of elementary school, a public school in the city of
Sousa- PB. To collect data we used two instruments, namely: questionnaire and
observation. The data analysis was performed using the qualitative study of
elaborate responses from the questionnaires, as well as some of the
observations made during visits to schools, making analysis of the speeches
the light of the theory that was developed through bibliographic material
readings. With conclusions for the moment, the subject of study has greatly
contributed to our training in pedagogy.
