However, the limitations to take care of children or adolescents in a vulnerable condition causes the professional act only within the professional context and the biomedical paradigm that are conductors in their practices, making the care based merely symptomatic issues. This work aims to conduct an integrative review in databases about perception of nurses about the diagnosis of sexual abuse in children and adolescents. It is about of an integrative review, which were selected 10 articles of databases LILACS and SciELO, from 2004 to 2014, to speak of perception of nurses about the diagnosis of sexual abuse in children and adolescents. In all results, the authors described the importance of training of nurses so that they can provide assistance in full and correctly.
