Abstract:
Solidarity economy and a fairer form of labor within capitalism, in particular
that human beings are valued and encouraged to grow within their knowledge,
be it formal or informal, which also helps in social inclusion. The individuals
involved in solidarity economy are the owners of the mode of production
thus also responsible for the success or failure of the product or service
offered, with profit and loss shared by all. Can't
state that there is fair competition in the market but it is known that in this mode
economy there is the valorization of human labor, as well as its
knowledge and opinions within the enterprise. Watching the economy
the great difficulties of maintaining an ancient tradition that is fishing
Paraíba Cariri Fishermen gathered to form associations
in their cities, which would contribute to improving the lives of these people
that the margins of capitalist society stood. These groups
generally apply self-management, each earning per production, which can be
characterized by a Solidarity Economy enterprise. This work was
was carried out at the Fishermen's Association of Sumé - PB, which created a
informal female subgroup called "ART'S PESCA", in which women
employ a social technology that adds value to the betrayal, a fish that is difficult to
market acceptance for having many pimples. In addition to this product, these women
have sought to maintain sustainable development, thereby contributing to
the preservation of the environment and using the scales to make
handicrafts.
