Resumo:
This work aims to understand how the retextualization process from oral to written
genre happenswith the literacy approach, thus developing the work with the text in
the classroom through textual genres. To this end, it was necessary the
understanding about the concepts and theories from the Textual Linguistics, text,
literacy, textual genres and the retextualization process. This research is based,
mainly, in Favero and Koch’s theories (2005), Marcuschi (2002, 2008, 2010, 2011
2012), Antunes (2010), Soares (2012), Kleiman (1995, 2005) and Street (1995).
While the methodology is a literature research, with a descriptive study in a
qualitative approach that search to describe the importance of work with a
retextualization in new texts production.In this research, the results obtained shows
that the retextualization tied to the practice of literacy can help in activities about
textual production in classroom.It is because the retextualization develops linguistic
skills and competencies as well as it considers the social practices of student.In this
perspective, it will be presented a proposal of pedagogical intervention to be worked
with students in 9 th grade of basic education II, about the retextualization process
from genre song to literary genre biography with the goal to contribute to the students
in theirs writing skills and textual understanding.
