Resumo:
The theme of our study is “THE USE OF GAMES IN SCIENCE TEACHING ON THE FINAL YEARS OF MIDDLE SCHOOL: the professors’ vision in the city of Cuité/PB”, which aimed the use of games as an improving resource in learning, becoming facilitating in the interpretation of the contents of Biology. We seek to analyze the professors’ vision of a middle school college in the city of Cuité/PB, on the use of games as an educational resource in the Science classes and the relation between their vision and the practice that were developed in the classroom. As specific objectives, we had: identify if there was use of educational games in Sceience classes; Check what activities were more frequent in the development of Science classes; Understand the importance of games for the development of student learning. Through this study, observed the importance of the use of games in the process of teaching and learning, as the facilitating resource for understanding some concepts. We can point out that the games became a pedagogical tool that facilitates and encourages the classes.
