The Environmental Health is related to human health, the factors of the natural and man-made environment, which determine, condition and influence, in order to improve the quality of human life from the point of view of sustainability. The main objective of this work was to study on the incidence of dengue in the city of Nova Floresta/PB, in order to analyze and describe the behavior of the disease in question, with the aim of to support specific studies and actions on Public Health and Environmental of that municipality. The analyzed for the years 2010-2014, which were obtained from a secondary source, through transfer from Municipal Health/ Epidemiological Surveillance of the municipality. In the last five years Nova Floresta / PB, received 109 notifications of dengue, but 40 cases were confirmed among the reported and confirmed cases there was a higher incidence among women and the months with the highest occurrences were March and April, and 2011 was the year with the highest rate of reported cases by the year 2012 there has been no notification. By analyzing the social and environmental aspects and cases of dengue in the city, they may be related, in the other words, these factors may contribute to the increase of the disease. Prevention and public awareness can reduce the risks and the development of the vector.
