School failure is a very controversial issue that still divides opinions in the school space, causing debates in education, as it is a phenomenon that remains present in the schools. The reasons for this problem to occur are various, from the family environment, through social and cultural issues, until arriving at the school, where in many cases, the environment is not prepared to receive him. In this context we highlight how the overall objective of research examining teachers ' vision on the scholastic failure in a State school in the municipality of Barra de Santa Rosa-PB. From this assumption, we believe that there is a known relationship between the subject and the world around them, because the relationship with the known through the interaction of the individual with the world around them, and as he shares his experiences, which implies in the evaluation process. The survey was conducted in a State school in the city of Barra de Santa Rosa-PB, with 4 primary and secondary school teachers of that school, and only 3 set out to answer the questions that they have undergone. Was used as data collection instruments, the semi structured questionnaire and interview. Was used as data collection instruments, the semi structured questionnaire and interview. The final results indicate that the majority of us searched even attribute the scholastic failure to social issues present in the lives of these individuals.
