Resumo:
Dengue is an infectious disease caused by a flavivirus and transmitted by mosquitoes of the genus A. aegypti . The disease is caused by one of four serotypes of dengue virus (DEN -1 DEN-2 , DEN -3 and DEN -4). Symptoms range from fever and mild constitutional symptoms to hemorrhagic manifestations and shock , or dengue hemorrhagic fever / dengue associated with the syndrome ( DHF / DSS ) shock. This study aims to identify laboratory tests seeking laboratory , clinical and epidemiological aspects for diagnosis. Of the 14 articles analyzed , 10 of them brought us information about the most affected regions , 11 had laboratory aspects about the disease , also the necessity of a nonspecific tests such as thrombocytopenia , hemoconcetração VSH , leukocyte count , transaminases ( SGOT , TGP ) , and specific tests like ELISA main test for the detection of the virus . We conclude that the southeast region had the highest prevalence in relation to Articles and studied classical Dengue was presented for 56 % of them . This demonstrates the necessity of a nonspecific and specific tests so that you can correctly diagnose the patient with dengue .
