Resumo:
This research aims to analyze the vision of teachers about their work in multisseriadas classes in the municipality of Barra de Santa Rosa-PB. The education field has always been a point of neglect in educational policies. This type of organization of series is mainly made in the country, where schools are scarce and there is a lack of teachers. From this problematization built specific objectives: Identify the teachers ' vision on the formation in multisseriadas classes. Check the problems pointed out by teachers for the training of students of these classes. Understand the practice built by Professor about his vision identified on the multisseriadas rooms. To this end, we use some authors as the basis for this analysis like: Arroyo (1999); Days and Nougueira (2013); Ghedin (2007; 2012); Gil (2002); Medrado (2012); Silva (2012) and some official documents: Brazil (2009); CNE/CEB (2002; 2008); INEP (2006); LDB (1996); SECAD (2007). Some of the results indicate that evaluate the student's training among the attributes that the surrounding, requiring that teachers have a good planning of its activities to achieve maximum exploitation of the student, it is very difficult, as cites the subject of research, because the teacher requires strategies that will help improve your development. Public policies directed to the education field, where are located these rooms multisseriadas, are linked to the guidelines established in the LDB. The professional education needs a training field, but in reality experienced by the professor of the field, do not always have the necessary education to teaching.
