Résumé:
This work is related to the importance of the use of Fieldwork methodology in
the pedagogical practices of the Geography discipline. The problem of this
research is to briefly analyze this methodology, in order to understand the need
of Fieldwork within geographic teaching. The general objective of this research
is to evaluate the commitment of this practice to the more interactive and
dynamic teaching-learning process, fostering the theoretical-methodological
relationship on field work as the guiding principle of Geography learning. In
order to substantiate the analysis, we have rescued the categories related to
the geographic space: Landscape and Place, based on authors such as
Sternberg (1946), Souza (2012), Neves (2015), Venturi (2005) and Callai
(1988). In order to analyze the object of study, we used the following
methodological procedure: systematized bibliographical research. The results
obtained presented the meaning of the construction of knowledge through
innovative practices in the teaching of Geography.
