With the industrial revolution, the rationalization of the workmanship became important point due to the great need to production. The energy new sources introduction and for establishment of the competition for new markets made went thought new production forms, with sights to turn more efficient and lucrative the work in the factories. This work has as goal show that at the end of the XTX century, Taylor,
