Resumo:
In this dissertation the identification problem for the FOPDT and SOPDT models is treated. Time domain and frequency domain techniques are analyzed. For time domain techniques, the commonly used excitations are step, single pulse, double pulse or rectangular pulse. For frequency domain techniques, the relay experiment with and without hysteresis is used. Identification techniques are proposed for FOPDT and SOPDT models in both time domain and frequency domain. These techniques have the advantage of using more than one frequency point to estimate model parameters and are less immune to noise than the techniques analyzed in the literature. Information from the two frequency points is obtained by applying the proposed excitation. The identification techniques presented throughout the dissertation are evaluated in simulated and experimental cases with and without noise to verify the one home performance. They are compared using the mean errors in time and frequency.
