Everyone, family or community care needs at any stage of its life cycle , and requires greater attention to addressing problems associated with diseases or conditions that threaten life . In this perspective , the Ministry of Health established the Mobile Service (SAMU) in order to assist people in critical condition at a primary care level. Among the team is the nurse providing the maintenance of one's life through assistance oriented to basic human needs that are affected. Thus, the objective was broadly: to assess care nurses based on the Theory of Basic Human Needs In Services Mobile Emergency Curimataú the microregion of Paraiba. Is methodologically anchored in a study of exploratory and descriptive, qualitative approach , sample by intentionality and held up with professional nurses working in Service Mobile Emergency towns of Arara, Araruna, Barra de Santa Rosa, Cuité, Cacimba de Dentro e Solânea. Because it is a research involving human subjects , attended Resolution 466/12 of the National Health Council , and was approved in the HUAC Ethics Committee under the CAAE In : 30976014.8.0000.5182. It was learned as a result of this study four categories , including the first presented to assist the nurse obtaining four cores of central ideas . The second category presented three nuclei of the central ideas and addresses the meeting of basic human needs by nurses. The third and fourth category showed no central core of the idea , in the third it is the factors that influence negatively in attendance and the fourth category these are the positive factors. It is noticeable that the basic human needs of patients and victims assisted by the nurse of the Mobile Emergency Care are partially met because there are several factors that affect this service, making the professional prioritize the need that at the moment the service is considered as vital.
