The work, quality of life and health are closely linked with the rise in these index work-
related diseases each year, causes reflections on the relationship between the emergence of
diseases and labor dynamics. In this sense, stress and fatigue gain space in the workplace for
workers, companies becoming uncomfortable while performing their duties. The present
study aimed to evaluate the stress and fatigue of workers before and after intervention Lian
Gong in 18 therapies. The investigation was conducted using the methodology of action
research with a descriptive and quantitative approach. The study was conducted in two
companies located in the municipality of Cajazeiras, State of Paraiba. The sample consisted of
34 workers belonging to the staff of both companies. Being used as a research tool, a semi
structured to identify the subject of the research, a validated scale to assess levels of stress
(Stress Scale Work), a validated scale to assess the presence of fatigue (Chalder Fatigue
Scale). Data were tabulated and analyzed using SPSS 21.0 according to the literature. All
ethical and legal principles were respected. The main results indicated that the Pre Lian Gong
64.7 % (N=22) of respondents had medium stress with equivalent percentage for high stress
and low 17.6 % (N=06) each. Was also identified in the same sample 70.6% cases of fatigue
(N = 24) in the respondents. After the practice of Lian Gong in 18 therapies in the work
environment of the subjects studied, it was found that physical activity promoted reductions in
the levels of stress and fatigue. Respondents showed 58.8 % (N=20) low stress, 35.3 %
(N=12) of medium stress and 5.9 % (N=02) of high stress. Regarding fatigue, 76.5 % (N=26)
no longer presented. Concludes that it is relevant to include in the routine of workers, the
practice of some sort of physical activit, intervening to improve the work process, quality of
life and health.
