Resumen:
The management of nursing services is a complex task and requires professional competence. With this study, we aimed to evaluate the limits and possibilities of pedagogical approaches used in academic activities of the disciplines that involve administration and management of the Bachelor of Nursing from a Federal Higher Education Northeastern University. In order to make the study, the theoretical aspects involving the nurse manager, historical view of nursing pedagogical approaches and José Carlos Libâneo was used. We propose a descriptive exploratory study with a qualitative approach based on Theory of Praxis Intervention of Community Health Nursing - TIPESC. For data analysis the technique of discourse analysis proposed by Fiorin was performed. In conclusion the importance of using is critical pedagogies, problem-solving and emancipatory favoring a formation of nurses concerned with the social aspects that meet the demands of the individual, family and community, the multidisciplinary team he will manage.
