Resumo:
Due to the restriction of good quality water resources, the use of not treated water
from domestic drain grows amazingly mainly in the not edible cultures and, among them,
the floriculture stands out. This work was done to stimulate the use of the not treated
wastewater for irrigation in the cut flowers floriculture. This experiment had as an
objective to study the influence of the irrigation using urban wastewater and cattle manure
fertilizing in the development of the chrysanthemum plants {Dendranthema grandiflora
Tzvelev. cv. Dobrado Sortido) in pots during its cycle, looking forward for an ecologically
and economically viable alternative. The experimental design was in blocks at random in a
fatorial scheme (4 x 2) +2, with four levels of the water replacement (WR) necessity of the
culture using not treated urban wastewater as a factor (100, 80, 60 and 40 % of water
necessity of the culture-determined by lisimeters and the organic manuring (absence and
presence), plus witnesses irrigated with supply water under both organic and mineral
fertilizing systems, with 4 repetitions for treatment. The chrysanthemum seedlings had the
best development on a fifty-fifty percentage of substrate-soil compound. The best plant
growth and development that he plants had it was in 80% of the water necessity
replacement, and the chemical fertilizing was better than the manure application. The
treatments of 80% WR and the manuring had the faster blooming.
