Resumen:
Objective of this work to evaluate the growth, development and the production of the
herbaceous cotton plant BRS Ruby of fibers colored, brown red. The experiment was carried
out from 11 of November, 2004 to 07 of June, 2005. Lisimeters of drainage were utilized;
they were installed in a covered area of the Program of Research in Basic Sanitation
(PROSAB), that it is located in the Paraiba Water and Sewer Company area (CAGEPA), in
Campina Grande, PB - Brazil. The area experimental vineyard being cultivated there are
approximately four years; being adopted system of rotation of cultures. The used statistical
delineamento was casualizado entirely, in a factorial outline with additional treatment [(2 x 3)
+ 1] with three repetitions, which consisted of three biossolidos doses (0; 112,5Kg Nha-1 that
corresponds to 4,261 mud ton; 225,0 Kh/Nha-1 that corresponds to 8,523 mud ton), two types
of water, (Wi - water of provisioning and W2 - water treated residuaria) and a witness
composed of chemical manuring. The results showed that the sewer mud and two types of
water levels promoted a significant increase on the studied variables, and to make evident
how important is theirs use in the growth and development analyzes cotton plant.
