| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | O presente relatório descreve as atividades desenvolvidas durante o estágio integrado realizado na Yamaha Motor Componentes da Amazônia (YMCDA), no período de julho de 2024 a julho de 2025. O estágio teve como objetivo principal o desenvolvimento de competências profissionais na área de Engenharia Industrial e Produção, com foco nos processos de usinagem de alumínio. As atividades envolveram análise, padronização e otimização de processos produtivos, implementação de metodologias de melhoria contínua, acompanhamento de indicadores de desempenho (OEE e PPM) e participação em projetos estratégicos, como revitalização do Hyoujun Soubi, aplicação do SMED, desenvolvimento de soluções ergonômicas e redução de custos em embalagens. Os resultados obtidos contribuíram tanto para o fortalecimento da formação acadêmica quanto para a geração de valor à empresa, evidenciando a importância da integração entre teoria e prática no ambiente fabril. |
| Abstract: | This report describes the activities carried out during the integrated internship at Yamaha Motor Componentes da Amazônia (YMCDA), from July 2024 to July 2025. The internship's main objective was to develop professional skills in Industrial Engineering and Production, focusing on aluminum machining processes. The activities involved analysis, standardization, and optimization of production processes, implementation of continuous improvement methodologies, monitoring of performance indicators (OEE and PPM), and participation in strategic projects, such as the revitalization of Hyoujun Soubi, application of SMED, development of ergonomic solutions, and cost reduction in packaging. The results obtained contributed both to strengthening academic training and to generating value for the company, highlighting the importance of integrating theory and practice in the factory environment. |
