A EXPERIÊNCIA FORMATIVA NOS ESTÁGIOS CURRICULARES SUPERVISIONADOS: ENTRE OLHARES, ESCUTAS E PRÁTICAS

Abstract

This final course paper aims to analyze the experiences gained during supervised curricular internships in school management, early childhood education, and the initial years of elementary school, carried out in public institutions in the municipality of Campina Grande, Paraíba, highlighting their contributions to teacher training. The work addresses the internship activities, which consisted of observing the daily school routine, studying and analyzing school management and teachers' practices, planning and pedagogical intervention, and practical processes articulated with theoretical frameworks. It initially discusses the internship in school management, with studies on dimensions and practices of management, as well as document analysis. It also presents and analyzes the experience in the early childhood education internship, highlighting an intervention involving African games. Finally, it records the internship in the initial years of elementary school, in a 3rd-grade class, with intervention in the subjects of Portuguese Language, Mathematics, History, Geography, Natural Sciences, and Art. Finally, some considerations are made highlighting that experience in different internship fields strengthens the training of future teachers, contributing to the development of a reflective, democratic, inclusive, and socially committed pedagogical practice.
