Formação em Pedagogia: Entre travessias e aprendizados

Abstract

This final course project is the result of experiences gained during supervised curricular internships undertaken during undergraduate studies. The objective of this work is to systematize studies, research, and interventions that occurred during internships in school management, early childhood education, and the initial years of elementary school. Within the scope of each internship, it presents a characterization of the institution, a description and analysis of the observations and pedagogical interventions developed, in light of the authors studied. It documents the internship in school management, addressing the work of the manager in the face of the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. It continues by discussing the experience in the early childhood education internship, which aimed to work on the representation and protagonism of Black people in children’s literature. It also addresses the internship in a 4th-grade elementary school class, an intervention that involved the subjects of Portuguese Language, Mathematics, History, Geography, Natural Sciences, and Art. Finally, some considerations are made highlighting the importance of training teachers as researchers and how positively this contributes to the initial training of undergraduate students, enabling them to develop actions grounded in their teaching practice.
